If Mocha Mousse is the color of the year 2025, cherry red is not to be outdone. With a 325% explosion in searches for “Vibe Cerise”, this vivid hue continues to inspire designers such as Sabato de Sarno and Phoebe Philo. At the same time, vintage desserts such as Root Beer Floats – ice creams drizzled with soda and often topped with a cherry – are back in the spotlight, recording a 105% increase in searches.
The return of culinary audacity
Food trends in 2025 are shaping up to be surprising, with extended influences from the Brat Summer 2024 phenomenon, celebrating summer abundance and unexpected flavors. Pickles, the unexpected stars of this wave, invite themselves into unlikely recipes: vinegar cakes (+40%) or margaritas with pickle juice (+100%).
