Alyosha Schneider, the double hat of a great artist
Between cinema and music, Alyosha Schneider imposes his singular, sensitive style. At the age of 31, the Franco-Canadian actor and singer shines on stage and screen, winning over an ever-growing audience.
Revealed by his role in Cédric Klapisch’s Salade Grecque, the sequel to L’Auberge Espagnole, Alyosha plays Xavier Rousseau’s son Tom, alongside Megan Northam. His performance left a lasting impression on fans of this generational saga. But Alyosha doesn’t limit himself to the cinema. Based in Paris, he navigates with ease between the seventh art and music.
A burgeoning musical career
Alyosha Schneider began making music as a teenager, composing folk-influenced pieces. His debut album, Eleven Songs (2017), revealed a rare sensitivity, followed by Naked (2020), an introspective opus. In 2023, he switches to French chanson with a self-titled third album. Ensemble, a duet with Charlotte Cardin, received millions of listens, illustrating the intensity of his songwriting.
On November 8, 2024, he unveiled a deluxe reissue of this album, which has already exceeded 45 million streams. His sold-out concert at the Olympia on December 5 confirms his status as a musical sensation.
