Louis Vuitton unveils an exceptional timepiece that pushes the boundaries of watchmaking. Limited to just eight pieces, the Montgolfière Aéro captivates with its airy elegance and unrivalled craftsmanship.

This timepiece, created in partnership with Swiss watchmaker L’Épée 1839, combines art, innovation and technical mastery. Imagined as a tribute to hot-air balloons, the Montgolfière Aéro boasts a sensational design, available in two versions: one in glass and the other in precious wood. Every detail has been finely crafted. A reminder of the Parisian brand’s emblematic codes.

A technical and aesthetic feat

Both models feature a Swiss mechanical movement, a guarantee of precision and durability. The refined design features a miniature nacelle, a faithful reproduction of the famous Louis Vuitton trunk. Hand-crafted, this trunk embodies historic savoir-faire.

At the center of each balloon, the Fleur de Monogram, symbol of Louis Vuitton, comes to life to indicate the hours and minutes on a double rotating disc. This subtle detail is a symbol of timelessness.

Two exceptional models

The glass version of Montgolfière Aéro, in transparent red, evokes the light movement of a hot-air balloon in the air. This model captures and diffuses light, playing with reflections. As for the precious wood model, it is adorned with 1,200 diamonds that reflect brilliance. Two flamboyantly colored citrines enhance the design.

The first citrine, cut into a 9.06-carat briolette, evokes the flame of a hot-air balloon. The second, at the heart of the Fleur de Monogram, symbolizes the passage of time.

The Montgolfière Aéro, produced in a limited edition of eight, is aimed at collectors and lovers of rare timepieces. This aerial watch can be placed on a table or suspended.
