Cuvée Noire offers a unique coffee experience, with original, seasonal beverages. The founders, long-time friends, favor artisanal coffees from Brazil, Honduras and Mexico. The menu includes signature beverages such as baiocchi latte and pistachio latte, hot or iced, to be enjoyed with homemade cakes, in a convivial space open 7/7.

Partisan, founded by the Karam brothers, is both a café and a roasting studio on rue de Turbigo. Inspired by their passion for coffee, they offer a cutting-edge selection, such as Samii Chelbesa from Ethiopia, just as a sommelier might with wine. With no computers, the place encourages encounters and creativity, while establishing itself as a Parisian reference with its in-house production and online service.

Café Nuances
Café Nuances, with its Paris addresses, stands out for its disco decor designed by studio Uchronia.
