Tiffany & Co commits to protecting the oceans

Tiffany & Co. continues to demonstrate its commitment to the environment with its new “Love For Our Oceans” collection. A jewel that feels good to wear.

This initiative aims to support ocean protection with a series of Smile T bracelets, whose cords are made from plastic bottles. The bottles are those collected on the coast or within 50 kilometers of it. This project is in line with the brand’s sustainable luxury approach, which is always on the lookout for solutions that are more respectful of the planet.

Tiffany and The Nature Conservancy

This new collection, in collaboration with the NGO The Nature Conservancy, focuses on marine conservation. The bracelets, available in 18-carat yellow or pink gold, with or without diamonds, come in ten different models. Each sale supports a major objective: to donate at least one million dollars to the NGO to protect four billion hectares of ocean by 2030.

For each bracelet purchased, Tiffany & Co. will donate between $100 and $200 to the association until October 14, 2026. An initiative that combines design, upcycling and concrete action for the environment.

A long-standing commitment

Some might see this campaign as a way of attracting a new generation of consumers, particularly sensitive to environmental issues. However, Tiffany & Co. claims that its commitment to sustainability is nothing new. It stopped using coral in its creations over 20 years ago. And since 2000, its foundation has donated over $38 million to organizations dedicated to preserving coral and marine environments.

To reinforce this approach, last year Tiffany & Co. obtained the SBTi label. It guarantees that the brand is following a clear plan to achieve net zero emissions.

Ideal for a luxurious and virtuous Christmas gift.
