Three chefs combine their talents for Pink October at Sofitel Paris
Three talented women from the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg join forces to support Pink October and the fight against breast cancer.
The Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg is strengthening its commitment by once again supporting Pink October and the fight against cancer. This year, three chefs have joined forces to raise awareness of the fight against breast cancer. Anaïs Foray, Head Chef, Shereen Khelif, Pastry Chef, and Aurélie Bourre, Head Bartender, are combining their expertise for this noble cause.
A menu of solidarity
For October Rose, three chefs have come up with a menu in shades of pink, the symbol of the fight against cancer. Their objective is clear: to combine gastronomy and commitment. The chefs will donate 25% of the revenues generated by their creations to the Ligue contre le cancer.
The Blossom restaurant is offering an exclusive dessert: the Pavlova rose, a marriage of passion and hibiscus cream, sublimated by a hibiscus vanilla ganache. This dessert, priced at 14 euros, embodies both delicacy and strength, in the image of the women affected by this disease.
Commitment to the Bar du Faubourg
The Bar du Faubourg also offers creations throughout the day. The Fall For Me pink mocktail, with red Osco and sparkling honey water, offers a refreshing and supportive break. For those with a sweet tooth, a pink Tea-Time is also on the program. This tasting moment includes a hot drink accompanied by three delicacies: a small pink pavlova, a pink praline financier and a raspberry macaroon. All for 22 euros.
A daily commitment at Sofitel
Throughout October, these gourmet creations will be available at the Blossom restaurant and the Bar du Faubourg. This project underlines Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg’s commitment to supporting important causes. Visitors can enjoy refined dishes while actively participating in a solidarity initiative in support of Pink October.
