France, Paris, rue du Faubourg Saint Honore

A recent study by Seiki places this Parisian district above other major international avenues known for their high-end shopping DNA. Thanks to the work of the Comité du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the Faubourg, Rue Saint-Honoré and Royal axis has been designated as the epicenter of global luxury, surpassing other emblematic locations. The Comité du Faubourg Saint-Honoré has been working for years to promote the district and develop its appeal.

A revealing study of luxury in Paris

Seiki’s study, conducted between January 2023 and May 2024, covers 15 countries and analyzes 25 major luxury avenues. The results show that Faubourg Saint-Honoré attracts CSP++ and international clientele with very high incomes. Attendance by these groups is 61% to 73% higher than on the other avenues analyzed. It even exceeds such prestigious avenues as Via Monte Napoleone in Milan and Madison Avenue in New York. Faubourg Saint-Honoré has the highest density of luxury stores per square metre. Visitors from the United States, China and the Middle East spent an average of €3,326 there in the first half of 2024. This figure exceeds that of the Champs-Élysées or Avenue Montaigne.
