Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme launches tea time with Naraé Kim

The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme hotel unveils a new tea time experience. Under the direction of pastry chef Naraé Kim, this tea time revisits childhood memories through artisanal creations.

Park Hyatt hotels are preferred destinations for travelers seeking exceptional stays. With a presence in the world’s most sought-after cities, the chain’s 44 establishments offer enriching environments and personalized services. The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, located in the heart of Paris, is no exception. It stands out for its world-renowned design, sumptuously appointed rooms and rare, immersive culinary experiences.

It’s in this luxurious setting that chef Naraé Kim has chosen to transform the traditional tea time into a unique sensory experience. Inspired by the snacks of her childhood, she offers a refined reinterpretation of these memories. She also collaborates with Tea Master Carine Baudry to create unique infusions. Together, they have developed the“Terre” range. It celebrates the authentic flavors of the French terroir.

The new tea time at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is distinguished by a meticulous selection of artisanal cookies. They are made with raw, natural ingredients, with no added sugar. This attention to detail is reflected in the presentation of the cookies. They are presented in an elegant box reminiscent of a jewelry box. Each box is designed to enhance gourmet moments, transforming a simple snack into a precious experience.

Among the delights on offer are cookies from childhood, such as the cookie, cat’s tongue, spritz, gangjeong and fruit trays… all reinterpreted with a modern touch. All reinterpreted with a modern twist. Quetsches, bananas and apple buckwheat offer an explosion of natural flavors. Light cookies made with vegetables, fruit, wheat and wine reflect the rich flavors of the French terroir.

To complete this tasting experience, tea time also includes a plated dessert. It’s based on butternut, mango and passion fruit, as well as a cake of the moment and a seasonal tart. All accompanied by biodynamic champagne from Maison Larmandier-Bernier. Its finesse and harmony perfectly match the delicate flavors of Naraé Kim‘s creations. Reservations are now open for the month of October, inviting lovers of sweet treats and precious moments to enjoy an unforgettable experience in the heart of Paris.
