This September, a unique venue will open its doors in the heart of Paris: the Grand Hôtel des Rêves. A private mansion transformed into a dream machine.
The Grand Hôtel des Rêves is no ordinary hotel. Located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, in the former Hôtel Lebrun, this historical landmark offers a unique experience. It was built on land originally purchased by Charles Le Brun, official painter to Louis XIV. As a result, the hotel has seen many illustrious figures pass through its doors. These include the painter Watteau, the steward of the King’s gardens Buffon and the famous painter Vigée Le Brun.
Today, this historic site has been completely redesigned to become a truly immersive theater. Here, every room, every corridor, is an invitation to dream. Visitors are invited to wander through more than 1,000 m² of sumptuous sets, to meet actors, singers and dancers. They all bring fascinating stories to life. Thanks to productions by Polaris, a production company specializing in the creation of shows, the Grand Hôtel des Rêves transforms the past into a living spectacle. The result is unforgettable human adventures!
Le Grand Hôtel des Rêves: a fairytale experience
From September 25 to November 10, the Grand Hôtel des Rêves will present “Beauty and the Beast”. An enchanting theatrical journey that plunges you into the heart of this famous tale. Upon entering the hotel, visitors are transported into a magical universe. There are portraits that come to life, a majestic throne room and a sumptuous candlelit dinner… It’s all there to amaze young and old alike!
For 1 hour, the audience follows in Beauty’s footsteps, discovering the secrets of the Beast’s castle, and witnessing scenes as impressive as they are moving, such as the ball under the glittering chandeliers. From the kitchen to the majestic reception halls, every scene is a new discovery, a new emotion. ” Beauty and the Beast” is much more than just a show. It’s a truly immersive adventure, where cinema sets and actors’ performances create a timeless experience.
