Born in Lebanon, of Armenian origin, and having spent 20 years in Saudi ArabiaVartivar Jarkezian brings a unique cultural richness to his cuisine. From an early age, he was inspired by the oriental flavors of his mother, Flora. She continues to influence his culinary creations to this day. Based in Paris since 2015, he has cut his teeth in several prestigious establishments, includingAssaf Granit‘s Shabour. Here, he helped earna Michelin star! Vartivar is a chef who draws on his memories as well as his travels to concoct bold, balanced dishes. At Campelli, he combines French technique with Eastern spices and flavors. The result is dishes that are journeys for the senses, from the shores of Beirut to the backstreets of Paris.
