Space Cycle
At Space Cycle, the aim is simple: to enable everyone to excel, rather like champion cyclist Tadej Pogačar. As you enter this Parisian gym, you’re immediately immersed in a futuristic atmosphere. The changing rooms resemble spaceship cockpits. Cycling shoes are also provided on site.
Once equipped, it’s off to the studio for a 45-minute session. The room, plunged into total darkness, is illuminated by a galactic light show. A sports coach guides participants through a series of intense cardio and muscle-buildingexercises ,accompanied by playlists that encourage them to let go as well as perform.
