Where to brunch during the Olympics?
During the Paris Olympic Games, discover the best brunches for savoring gourmet moments. Paris is hosting the Olympic Games, and with this global event comes more and more opportunities to brunch in the capital. Here’s a selection of brunches to discover during this exceptional period.
La Datcha: bistronomic brunch
Located in a country bistro setting, La Datcha has reinvented itself by offering a gastronomic brunch every weekend. This new Sunday event has quickly become a must for lovers of good food. But there’s more to brunch than pastries. To satisfy every craving, the formula includes not only the breakfast options, but also a full menu.
For starters, the chef proposes a poached egg Bénédicte, crowned with puff pastry and accompanied by a yellow wine sabayon, a veritable explosion of flavors on the palate. For the main course, guests can enjoy a poultry pressé, a choice that combines finesse and gourmandise. Last but not least, the desserts, always creative, vary over time. Recent creations include the crown-kiea puff pastry crown with a cookie dough topping, or a delicious strawberry gariguette tart.
