Le Jardin Privé, sensual pleasures in a green bubble
This summer, Novotel Paris les Halles opens the doors to its Jardin Privé and its elegant 150 m2 patio. A veritable interlude of greenery in the heart of the capital, the decor here is of the utmost importance. . And the restaurant’s summer menu is not to be outdone!
A hidden green spot in the heart of Paris
This urban Eden is home to tables set between lush green walls. A multitude of roses, jasmine andhydrangea mingle, delicately perfuming the patio. You can even sit by the fountain. The murmuring of the water will plunge you even further into a delicious moment of tranquility. A bucolic, chic and cosy atmosphere that contributes to the culinary experience of this very secret garden.
Let yourself be tempted by this verdant haven of peace. Savor a tantalizing blend of flavors, perfectly combined between land and sea. Two menus are available: the Chef’s menu and the barbecue menu.
The chef’s menu
Executive Chef Nicolas Amelin has imagined springtime recipes inspired by his Basque origins. Using a wide range of local produce, he is sure to tempt the taste buds of even the most discerning gourmets. Find creativity and a balance of textures and tastes in this season’s flagship dishes: Landes white asparagus, Ossau Iraty mousse, Montalet ventrèche and Espelette pepper jelly, sea bass carpaccio, fennel, tarragon, kiwi, lemon extraction, fennel flower and oxalys, the timeless Bar de ligne, carrot harissa, raw roasted fennel carrot and vegetable juice and the Terre-mer entrecôte de cochon du Tarn from Maison Montalet and chipirons, saffron corn in two textures, padron pepper. These colorful plates bring freshness and elegance.
Barbecue menu
This year, Jardin Privé’s indoor patio inaugurates its barbecue offer! In a show cooking format, one of our chefs will grill meat, fish and vegetables for you. In an atmosphere “just like home ” ! Brimming with sunshine, the creations on the Barbecue menu are fresh and delicious. Discover this season’s selection: whole Burratina, heirloom tomatoes and basil. As well as Gaspacho verde and Grilled Octopus. Or the unmissable Swordfish Steak with lemon and Espelette pepper condiment. Dishes are accompanied by the garnish of your choice. Grilled zucchini, grilled potatoes with thyme… alone or to share, let yourself be tempted by these seasonal Barbecue plates!
Practical information:
- Le Patio du Jardin Privé is open Monday to Sunday, for lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 and for dinner from 19:00 to 22:30.
- The Barbecue Menu is served at lunchtime, Monday to Friday, subject to weather conditions.
