Space Cycle: the ideal gym for indoor cycling

Nestled in the heart of Paris’s 10th arrondissement, Space Cycle is a unique fitness studio housed in a former cabaret hall known as Concert Mayol.

This 400m² space, designed like a real space shuttle, promises an immersive and rhythmicindoor cycling experience. At Space Cycle, the aim is simple: to enable everyone to surpass themselves, rather like champion cyclist Tadej Pogačar, the latest winner of the Tour de France. As you enter this Parisian gym, you’re immediately immersed in a futuristic atmosphere. The changing rooms resemble spaceship cockpits.

Cycling shoes are also provided on site. Once equipped, you’re off to the studio for a 45-minute session. The room, plunged into total darkness, is illuminated by a galactic light show. A sports coach guides participants through intense exercises that work on both cardio and muscle strengthening. The rhythm is set by playlists that encourage participants to let go as well as to perform.

Workouts for all levels at Space Cycle

Space Cycle

Space Cycle offers 3 types of sessions. Each is adapted to different fitness levels and objectives:

  • Rhythm Ride: A choreography that stimulates the whole body, with cardio exercises, muscle strengthening, abs, arms and dumbbells.
  • Power Ride: For those looking to push themselves, this session combines intense pedaling with arm exercises and double rhythms. It pushes participants to increase their resistance and strengthen their core.
  • Basic Ride: This program offers a gentle introduction to equipment, rhythm and movement. For 15 minutes, the coach helps novices set up their equipment and get used to the different positions, before guiding them for another 15 minutes to discover the rhythm of the workout.

A session costs 29 euros. Discovery packs are available from 16 euros. Space Cycle is an inclusive space. Here, everyone can let off steam and push themselves to the limit, without fearing the judgment of others. It’s a place where guidance and support come first, creating an atmosphere of goodwill and collective motivation!
