Judy: a quality gluten-free restaurant in Paris

Nestled in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, between the Bourse de Commerce, the Palais Royal and the Louvre Museum, the new café-restaurant Judy opens its doors to offer a qualitative culinary experience.

Founded by Australian naturopath and micro-nutritionist Dominique Gassin, Judy embodies the spirit of qualitarism. A holistic approach to cooking that promotes well-being for body, mind and planet. Here, cooking isn’t just about food… It’s a philosophy of life. Dominique Gassin has thus imbued Judy with his qualitative vision, where the quality of ingredients comes first.

Dishes are prepared with carefully selected organic and/or local produce. They are also designed to be both healthy and delicious. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian or omnivore, there’s something for everyone. On Judy’s 1st floor, a warm, intimate room welcomes guests under soft lights and among arcades reminiscent of Parisian architecture. It’s the the healthy hot spot to relax and enjoy a balanced meal.

This café-shop offers buddha bowls, fresh salads, toasted sandwiches, tasty soups and other seasonal dishes… All developed in compliance with the principles of qualitarism. To accompany these delights, Judy also offers specialty coffees, naturo lattes, cold-pressed juices and a selection of gluten-free and refined sugar-free pastries, such as cinnamon rolls and vegan brownies.
