For the new season, the famous Palace on Place de la Concorde unveils its summer gastronomic offering. From new arrivals to must-try restaurants and iconic venues, the Hôtel de Crillon is the place to be this summer. And with good reason! From July 15, the Les Ambassadeurs bar at the Hôtel de Crillon will be unveiling a new menu of signature cocktails featuring the natural scents of summer.
A Sense of Taste, Summer Harvest is an enchanting invitation to the senses. For this summer’s menu, the Hôtel de Crillon invites 15 new flavors, featuring summer ingredients. These include apricot basil, tarragon, cherry, melon, fig leaves, lime blossom and redcurrant. Peach, plum, raspberry and bell pepper are also revealed without alcohol. Kevin Rigault, manager of Bar Les Ambassadeurs, and his team of bartenders carefully develop each essence to reveal all its subtleties.

Hôtel de Crillon unveils its summer surprises
In terms of gastronomy, Nonos reinvents the French grill with a sophisticated Palazzo-style touch. Chef Paul Pairet offers dishes that have been revisited or subtly twisted, such as eggs mayonnaise, roast of the day sliced live, grilled lobster and roast chicken… All accompanied by a selection of delicious cheeses and desserts. These dishes can be enjoyed in the elegant ambience of the restaurant or on the Cour d’Honneur terrace. Comestibles, the Nonos grocery counter, extends this gastronomic experience in a convivial way. Whether on the terrace in the Gabriel courtyard or directly at the counter, gourmets can enjoy a snack on the go, accompanied by seafood, charcuterie, cheeses and exquisite pastries.

Speak of the devil… Le Butterfly Pâtisserie, run by Pastry Chef Matthieu Carlin, celebrated its first year last spring. His creations include French pastry classics. These include entremets, tarts, cakes and chocolates, as well as Butterfly Pâtisserie’s signature creations. These delights can be taken away for a gourmet break in the Jardin des Tuileries, or enjoyed on site in the Butterfly Room. It’s an intimate and refined tea room, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and the Parisian heat. This summer, Chef Matthieu Carlin offers a touch of freshness with the Rhubarb and Cherry Blossom Finger, a delicate creation featuring rhubarb!
