A gourmet menu for July 14th
Guests will start the evening with delicate amuse-bouches, including gougères and original creations such as avocado-corn-vegetables and grilled radish, kasha butter, soufflé. For starters, choose between a half-cooked, virgin tuna, braised avocado, grilled sucrine or a beef heart tomato, virgin & Taggiasche olives, cold tomato soup and tender sprouts.
For the main course, a “Surf & Turf” with beef fillet, lobster, summer truffle butter and vegetable fricassee, or a green curry fregola with Primavera vegetables. A trou parisien, a refreshing sorbet, precedes the selection of cheeses, including truffled summer brie from Melun with walnuts. Finally, to round off the meal, Hugo & Victor’s signature fraisier, followed by coffee and Carette mignardises.
