These dishes tell stories based on sustainable development and the local flavors of the destinations visited. Each menu includes 5 refined dishes accompanied by drinks, creating a gustatory journey.

The tables, designed as customizable islands, offer an intimate ambience with copper structures and reclaimed driftwood installations. Archipelago is committed to sustainable development, using local products and avoiding waste. Part of the proceeds also supports environmental projects run by the Costa Croisières Foundation.

The Pummid’oro pizzeria is the ideal choice for a relaxed evening of 100% made-in-Italy pizza. The expert pizzaiolos prepare excellent wood-fired pizzas, 24 hours a day. They are made exclusively with PDO Italian ingredients, such as San Marzano PDO tomatoes, flours and yeasts selected in partnership withPollenzo’s University of Gastronomic Sciences. The latter, like Costa Cruises, promotes sustainable food that respects the land and the environment. There are 14 pizzas on the menu, from the great classics(Margherita, Napoli, Four Seasons and Calzone) to genuine specialties, such as Ligurian focaccia with cheese.

The star of the bar’s menu will of course be the entire prestigious range of Ferrari sparkling wines. Passengers can enjoy a Blooming Perlé, a Ferrari Spritz, a Ferrari YouGo or a Ferrari MaximIce, or be tempted by a Ferrari Smeralda or a Ferrari DemiFresh, specially created for Costa. Ferrari Spazio Bollicine will also serve light dishes created in collaboration with Locanda Margon, Casa Ferrari’s Michelin-starred restaurant, to accompany aperitifs and late-night drinks.
