Stellar launches its ephemeral immersive brunch!

Opening in April 2023, Stellar offers an immersive brunch that transports you to the heart of the universe. From June 30 and every Sunday in July, food lovers are invited to discover an intergalactic journey without leaving Paris. With a unique and enchanting menu, Stellar promises a gourmet escape among the stars, perfect for this summer.
An extraordinary culinary adventure
Stellar invites Parisian gourmets to enjoy a unique experience: an intergalactic brunch. From Sunday June 30 and every Sunday in July, the restaurant in the 11ᵉ arrondissement is offering a culinary escapade in space. Without leaving Paris.
A Michelin-starred menu
Every Sunday, you can enjoy a unique menu comprising four plates, two savoury and two sweet. Imagined to delight the taste buds and transport them to the wonders of the cosmos.
The journey begins with the Big Bang, a refreshing starter combining stracciatella, eggplant caviar and herbaceous condiments. Culinary exploration continues with the Trou Noir. A generous burger with shredded poultry, topped with béarnaise sauce, pickles and pomme paille. A vegetarian option is also available to suit all dietary preferences.
For sweet treats, Stellar offers Escale sur Pluton, a French toast topped with a scoop of Madagascar vanilla ice cream with macadamia nuts and sprinkled with honeycomb candy. Le Nuage Stellaire concludes this feast with a bowl of homemade granola, blackberry yoghurt and fresh blueberries. For a light, fruity finish.
