Mamé Kitchen: a taste of ultra-gourmet flexitarian cuisine

Is eating less meat one of your resolutions for 2024? Just the thing, because Mamé Kitchen offers you flexitarian cuisine, i.e. cuisine that seeks to limit the amount of meat and fish on its plate. Paris Select reveals all the secrets of this gourmet hot spot.

In 2018, Alice and Thomas decided to leave their original professional careers to create Mamé Kitchen . According to them, now more than ever, the planet needs a major wake-up call about meat consumption, which has doubled since the 60s, because the environment can’t keep up with such a pace.

So they set themselves the crazy challenge of dusting off French eating habits and getting everyone to eat more and more plants, while minimizing the amount of meat on their plates. And, for Alice and Thomas, it means being flexitarian. “For us, being a flexitarian today means having a blast discovering new flavors punctuated by the seasons, and really enjoying ourselves while being in tune with ourselves and our environment!” explains Thomas.
