Mandarin Oriental Paris awakens sweet tooths with a new snack at Camélia
Le Mandarin Oriental Paris brings the French snack back to life, sublimated by the talent of Pastry Chef Adrien Bozzolo. In an elegant setting, Le Camélia now offers a new taste experience: “Adrien Bozzolo’s snack“. This gourmet rendezvous celebrates the sweetness and art of pastry-making with a touch of the exotic at Mandarin Oriental.
Chef Bozzolo has designed a sweet menu around five unique creations. A blend of revisited classics and childhood flavors, enhanced by exceptional products. Among the delights on offer, you can savour :
- Strawberry and IPA beer tartlet: A surprising marriage between the sweetness of strawberries and the delicate bitterness of IPA beer.
- White peach and elderflower pavlova: A light, airy pavlova. Accompanied by white peaches and scented with elderflower.
- Crunchy hazelnut and combawa granola: An explosion of textures with crunchy granola enhanced by the tangy notes of combawa.
- Pear and pepper leaf: A refined creation combining the sweetness of pear and the subtle spiciness of pepper leaf.
Each snack is accompanied by a hot drink to complete this gourmet break. And for an unforgettable finishing touch, enjoy vanilla churros. Accompanied by homemade spread and raspberry-tonka jam. For those who wish to celebrate in style, a glass of champagne is also available.
