Thursday June 27 from 7pm to 11pm, Eataly Paris Marais celebrates the second edition of its eagerly-awaited Cocktail Festival. For this exceptional evening, Eataly Paris Marais will be showcasing Italian spirits in the presence of a dozen partner brands. Discover new cocktails! Specially concocted for the occasion by the talented Eros Ursomando, bar manager at Eataly Milano. As well as head bartender Alexandre Le Prince.
An original and tasty cocktail menu
This year’s cocktails are co-created with prestigious brands. These include Adriatico, Cocchi, Engine, Fabbri and Florio. These original creations will be made by four hands throughout the evening. Each cocktail promises an explosion of flavours, perfect for a summer evening.

In addition to cocktails, the evening features an Italian aperitif buffet at your discretion. Where you can sample a variety of Mediterranean delights. This culinary immersion will allow you to (re)discover the authentic flavors of Italian spirits in a friendly summer atmosphere.
