Barons de Rothschild champagne house at 39V

As Paris prepares to host the Olympic Games, summer excitement is already in full swing in the French capital. For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle while savoring moments of elegance, a chic new retreat opens in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Champagne Barons de Rothschild installs its champagne bar at Le 39V restaurant. Promising an unforgettable experience in a sumptuous setting.

From mid-June until the end of the summer, bubble-lovers will be able to enjoy this ephemeral bar set up in the 39V’s private tree-lined courtyard. This exclusive venue offers the chance to taste the refined cuvées of Champagne Barons de Rothschild. For those who wish to extend their evening, dinner or a drink on the 6th floor terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris is an equally tempting option.

A unique experience during the Olympic Games

From July 26 to August 11, the champagne bar will offer a special opening. During this sporting fortnight, the bar will be open from lunchtime until late evening, allowing visitors to enjoy a quiet moment between two competitions. The restaurant, meanwhile, will be open around the clock, catering to even the most discerning palate with a varied menu ranging from fine cuts of beef to generous salads such as lobster, not forgetting gourmet desserts and seasonal fruit.
