Pastry chef Jeffrey Cagnes unveils a collection of unique logs and creations for this festive season. Something to delight all gourmets. Lemon, praline, chocolate, vanilla, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for. We’ve found ours.

Among the masterpieces is the tarte citron-style lemon log. Composed of a lime cookie, a creamy filling and a lemon confit spiced with olive oil and basil, it combines freshness and complexity. An almond crunch and reconstituted shortbread add an irresistible crunchy texture. Available for six at 47 euros, it will appeal to fans of tangy flavors.

The Paris-Brest-style praline log is a gourmet bombshell. Its delicate icing conceals a light hazelnut mousse. A madeleine cookie with praline and a hazelnut cream with a hint of fleur de sel. At the heart, a rich praline composed of 69% almonds and hazelnuts adds depth and creaminess. A Paris-Brest-style éclair sits atop, adding an original finishing touch. This log is also available for six people, at the same price.

For chocolate lovers, the Sachertorte-style log is an intense experience. Featuring 64% Peruvian chocolate, it is composed of a creamy mousse, a chocolate almond cookie and a creamy fondant. Crunchy praline and crunchy chocolate streusel provide contrasting textures. A groove of homemade spread completes this creation, also available at 47 euros for six people.

The Vaniglia Signature log is distinguished by its sculptural shape and sophisticated flavors. Jeffrey Cagnes combines Madagascar bourbon vanilla with 64% dark chocolate. A praline mousse and vanilla praline heart sublimate the light vanilla cookie and vanilla crunch. The whole is wrapped in a dark chocolate shell with golden accents. Ideal for eight people, this log is available at 85 euros.

In addition to the logs, Jeffrey Cagnes’ Advent calendar invites you to discover a chocolate surprise every day, with a design evoking a polar universe. Available from November 10, 2024 at 45 euros, it will delight young and old alike. Finally, the collection is enriched with Père Noël en chocolat, a 400g creation with crunchy praline, to be enjoyed for 36 euros.

These delicacies are available for pre-order on jeffreycagnes.fr from November 22, 2024 and available in store from December 16, 2024.
