Thursday night fever grips Paris with “Dalí Thursdays” at Le Meurice
In the frenzy of a shortened working week, the anticipation of the weekend starts as early as Thursday evening in Paris! And what better way to launch this weekly rendezvous than to join the lively evenings at Le Meurice with “Dalí Thursdays”? Officially decreed, Thursday becomes the new Saturday!
The association between hotel and cocktail is not accidental. In fact, it’s in palace bars that the art of mixology was born. For example, Le Meurice is reviving this tradition by showcasing its emblematic cocktails and savoir-faire in the sumptuous setting of its 228 rue de Rivoli establishment.
True to its avant-garde reputation, Le Meurice once again demonstrates its ability to renew and adapt to contemporary trends. So why not let yourself be tempted by this sensory experience? Join the excitement of “Dalí Thursdays” at Le Meurice!
An unforgettable sensory experience
From April 18, every Thursday, Le Meurice’s Restaurant Le Dali undergoes a metamorphosis. It becomes a place where music ignites the senses and cocktails become works of art. Under the musical direction of a DJ, Margot, the cocktail chef, revisits the greatest classics of mixology with overflowing creativity.
Among the revisited must-haves is the famous Cosmopolitan, an icon of the 90s. This cocktail undergoes a gustatory metamorphosis. Margot also breathes new life into it with unexpected flavors. These include the bitterness of saffron, umeshu and Japanese sake, verjuice and flower vinegar, enhanced by a tangy note of grapefruit. A sensory experience that promises to seduce the most demanding palates from the very first sip.
An ode to revisited classics
The cocktail menu features 8 creations. Each inspired by the culinary universe of chefs Amaury Bouhours and Clémentine Bouchon. These exceptional beverages are accompanied by a selection of refined dishes. From chocolates by Manufacture Alain Ducasse to pastries by renowned pastry chef Cedric Grolet, offering exquisite, subtle combinations.
Finally, Margot offers an immersive experience , preparing cocktails in front of guests. This adds a theatrical dimension to the tasting! This approach combines the rigor and elegance of palace codes with a touch of spontaneity, creating an unforgettable experience for all cocktail lovers.
