Learn the secrets of the House’s emblematic pastries, like the iconic Ispahan! The sweet world of French patisserie awaits you with Ladurée’s patisserie workshops, led by talented pastry chef Julien Alvarez and his team of experts.
These unique sessions invite you to create iconic desserts. From timeless classics like the House’s famous macaroons to the most daring creations. Whether solo, with friends, family or even as part of a team… These convivial and enriching moments promise an unforgettable culinary experience.
Pastry classes at Ladurée
Before you begin, discover the prestigious history of Ladurée and the subtleties of French patisserie. Recipes will be presented, accompanied by demonstrations of key techniques by our expert chefs.
Over the course of 2h30, you’ll learn how to carefully prepare the ingredients needed to make these sweet delights. From the precise measurement of ingredients to the preparation of exquisite garnishes… You’ll be ready for any culinary challenge.
You can also put your new knowledge into practice by following the chefs’ step-by-step instructions to create your own sweet works of art. Give free rein to your creativity while perfecting your pastry skills. Once your creations have come out of the oven and cooled, you’ll have the chance to decorate them with artistic flourishes, under the watchful eye of our expert chefs.

- Opening hours: from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Wednesday and Saturday
- 180€ Isfahan course (two dates per week).
- 300€ Pépite Ispahan course with Chef Julien Alvarez (one date per month: April 3, May 15, June 5, July 3, August 21, September 4 and October 2, 2024).
