Le Boubalé unveils its trendiest Brunch in the Marais
The Grand Mazarin hotel unveils the new Sunday brunch at its Boubalé restaurant. An unexpected and endearing place to live, where everything comes together for a unique Parisian culinary experience.
In the historic Marais district, nestled on the corner of rue des Archives and rue de la Verrerie, is Boubalé. Also just a few steps from the BHV, this restaurant in the Grand Mazarin is Maisons Pariente’s first Parisian address. Its location is truly perfect for a day of shopping and gourmet delights in the heart of the capital.
Under the direction of Israeli star chef Assaf Granit, Boubalé unveils a symphony of flavours. The cuisine pays tribute to his childhood memories, his Ashkenazi heritage and the family traditions that have shaped his life. Every dish at Boubalé is an invitation to travel. Here, generosity reigns supreme. It transports guests on a memorable gastronomic experience to the back streets of Jerusalem.
