In his new role, Arnaud Faye will be responsible for the hotel’s two prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, Épicure and 114 Faubourg. But also Café Antonia, banquets, room service and workshops. With a brigade of 200 passionate people, including 100 dedicated to the kitchen. It is committed to maintaining and elevating the excellence of French gastronomy to its highest level.

Arnaud Faye’s career has been marked by success and recognition. From his debut at Antoine Westermann’s Buerehiesel in Strasbourg to his acclaimed stint at Château de la Chèvre d’or in Èze.
