Arnaud Faye, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and fervent defender of quality products, embodies the very essence of French cuisine. Generous, precise and refined. In his new role, Arnaud Faye will be responsible for the hotel’s two prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, Épicure and 114 Faubourg. But also Café Antonia, banquets, room service and workshops. With a brigade of 200 passionate people, including 100 dedicated to the kitchen. It is committed to maintaining and elevating the excellence of French gastronomy to its highest level.

Arnaud Faye’s career has been marked by success and recognition. From his debut at Antoine Westermann’s Buerehiesel in Strasbourg to his acclaimed stint at Château de la Chèvre d’or in Èze. He has consistently pushed the boundaries of French gastronomy. His experience at the Ritz Paris and the Auberge du Jeu de Paume in Chantilly forged his reputation as an exceptional chef. Able to combine tradition and innovation with panache.
