Where to dine on Saturday evening?
Taste an original menu by Chef Bertrand Valegas at the Mandarin Oriental
From 26 February to 2 March, immerse yourself in an exceptional gastronomic experience at the Mandarin Oriental’s Camélia. French Chef Bertrand Valegeas takes the helm to create an all-new menu. Let yourself be carried away by the flavours of the shores of the Bay of Navarino with a carefully crafted menu, starting with a tasting of Koroneiki olive oils accompanied by sourdough bread toasted with oregano, and continuing with starters such as the Mediterranean Tuna ‘Lakerda’.
To round off this exceptional meal, let yourself be tempted by divine desserts such as ‘Meli’. A subtle creation made with honey from the Oliviera restaurant’s beehives, pollen and camomile ice cream. Or opt for ‘Goat’s cheese cream, Greek yoghurt – lime, white chocolate, yoghurt ice cream and almond sponge cake’.
