Rech
A fish restaurant taken over by Alain Ducasse in 2007, Rech has been a veritable institution since 1925. In a refined, light-toned setting, you can savor a cuisine that sublimates seafood ! In keeping with the Rech family heritage… Since the start of the school year, the restaurant has been boasting a new menu, created in collaboration with chef Jacques Maximin. Signature dishes include sole dorée, pommes rattes rissolées and filet de Saint-Pierre. Seafood lovers are in the right place every day! Oysters, shellfish and crustaceans are brought to the shucker’s bench, where they are served on platters… Quality products that stand out for their freshness and promise a delicious taste.
To finish on a sweet note, we absolutely recommend the Mister Rech! A gourmet hazelnut success glazed with a hot chocolate sauce…
Like each of the multi-starred chef’s addresses, we rarely leave disappointed. Simple, refined cuisine, sober decor and impeccable service: a faultless performance! Bravo for this flagship of marine gastronomy.

His high-precision work, outstanding technique and sense of aesthetics dedicated to traditional French cuisine blend with Japanese flavors, textures and secrets.
