Weekend brunch! Management: La Réserve Paris

If there’s one tradition Parisians follow to the letter, it’s Sunday brunch! This week, Paris Select tested the La Réserve Paris restaurant for you, and the experience was incredible. Time for a recap.

The chic brasserie La Pagode de Cos nestles in the palatial La Réserve Paris, just off the Champs-Élysées. The hotel entrance is instantly recognizable with its imposing red door and off-white front.

In addition to the unique style and intimate ambience, the menu is well worth the detour: hot drink, fresh fruit juice, top-quality pastries and seasonal fruit salad, followed by an organic egg prepared to your liking, with your choice of filling. A real king’s feast, tasty to the max.

At this stage of the brunch, you’re already quite full, but there’s more to come as the culinary show continues with a meat or fish dish, depending on the day’s suggestion, and cheese. Last but not least, you can end the day in style with an exotic tube, a sublime Tarte Tatin or other refined pastries from the cart.

This unique experience costs €85/person(or €98 with a glass of Michel Reybier champagne), but we assure you, it’s worth it!
